Who is Monica?

I am Monica L. Garrison, a Chicago-based HR Strategist with 20 years of experience and a wellness advocate, speaker, and content creator.

For more than 20 years, I have worked with organizations of all sizes, studying workplace culture, leadership, burnout, and the hidden costs many professional women pay for success. I saw a recurring pattern of women excelling professionally while quietly disconnecting from their health, confidence, personal identity, and overall well-being.

Alongside my corporate HR career, I owned and operated a yoga wellness studio and became a certified yoga instructor and meditation practitioner. My experiences reinforced what years in corporate environments had already taught me. Most women are expected to perform at high levels without the support systems necessary to sustain themselves.

Today my work lives at the intersection of holistic wellness, professional strategy, women's empowerment, and intentional lifestyle created specifically for women navigating life after 40 who are ready to show up for themselves with the same energy they have spent showing up for everyone else.
